By using our website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out below.
1) Our Vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest level , but in the unfortunate event of a of breakdown Mobility Cabs Limited cannot be held responsible.
2) Due to security measures and the resultant delays affecting the processing and collection of passengers from uk airports all charges will be paid by the hirer.
3) All incurred tolls will be paid by the hirer.
4) Nothing in the terms and condition can affect your statutory rights, we reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
5) All drivers and the company have the right to refuse any passengers under the influence of drugs or alcohol and whose behaviour possesses a threat to the driver, vehicle or others passengers on board.
6) Consumption of food is only permitted in any of the vehicles if a specific agreement has been agreed whilst making the booking.
7) In accordance with British Law, seatbelts must be worn.
8) For the comfort and consideration and in accordance with British Law No Smoking or the use of E cigarettes are permitted in any of our vehicles at any time.
9) Every effort will be made by the company that your driver arrives on time and that you arrive at your destination on time.
10) The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays that occur beyond it’s control.
11) Our driver’s will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the customer.
12) Although we will take care, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property left in the vehicle or after the hire period.
Cancellations.
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations should be made atleast 24 hours before the day of the booking to get your deposit back. Cancellation after this time, deposit will no longer be refundable. If a driver is cancelled after dispatch to you 75% of the overall cost will be charged.
Refunds.
Refunds will be payable 24 hours after the cancellation.
